What we do
We provide hands-on technology support in your home. We are vendor-neutral, which means we do not sell products and we have no reason to push one brand over another. Our job is to make the technology you already own earn its keep, and to leave you more confident using it.
Every service below can be funded through NDIS, Support at Home, or paid privately. The work is the same either way.
Everyday technology support
This is the bread and butter. Phones, tablets, computers, smart speakers, smart TVs, video calling, email, passwords, photos, apps, and all the small frustrations that pile up.
We will:
- Set up new devices properly, the first time
- Fix the things that have stopped working
- Turn on the accessibility features that make a device easier to see, hear, and use
- Get video calls with family working reliably
- Sort out passwords and logins so you are not locked out
- Leave clear written notes so the next problem is easier to solve
Best for: anyone who finds their technology more stressful than helpful, and would like that to change.
Independence and safety at home
Smart home technology is mostly marketed at gadget enthusiasts. We use it differently. The goal is safety, confidence, and less daily effort, not a flashy setup.
We keep it simple and consumer-grade:
- Motion-activated lighting so nobody is moving around in the dark
- Voice control for lights, reminders, and routines
- Smart doorbells so you can see who is at the door before you answer it
- Reminders and routines that support memory and daily structure
We choose familiar, reliable equipment, set it up so it stays working, and show you and your family how to use it.
Best for: older Australians wanting to stay independent at home, and families looking for practical peace of mind.
Personalised AI companions
For some people, a personalised AI companion is genuinely useful. Not a robot, and not a replacement for human support. The most useful thing about a well-designed companion is not that it is clever. It is that it is consistent.
We design and configure an AI assistant around the person:
- A calm, predictable way to ask for help or information
- Step-by-step prompting for daily routines
- Low-pressure repetition, available any time of day
- Clear scope, human oversight, and consent built in from the start
We handle the design, the setup, the testing, and the training. Then we adjust it as real life shows us what works.
Best for: participants and families who want a patient, always-available support tool, configured responsibly.

What we do not do
We think it helps to be clear about this.
- We do not sell products or earn commissions
- We do not provide therapy, behaviour support, or clinical advice
- We do not lock you into a contract or a subscription
- We do not talk down to you, and we do not do things to you without explaining them
Packages
Most people start with a single visit. If you would prefer a clear bundle, we offer three. We will give you a clear quote up front, so you know exactly where you stand before any work begins.
Getting Started
A first assessment, a setup session, a training session, written notes, and follow-up email support.
Best for: a single, well-defined need.
Independence
A fuller engagement with assessment, two setup sessions, two training sessions, a follow-up visit, and full documentation.
Best for: more involved needs.
Family Peace of Mind
Covers the person and upskills the family, with assessment, setup, participant and carer training, a quarterly check-in, and a complete documentation pack.
Best for: families who want everyone confident.
Add-on: AI Companion
Persona design, configuration, testing, and a training session, added to any package.
NDIS and Support at Home clients are billed against your funding, so these may cost you nothing out of pocket. See Funding & Pricing. For a quote on any package, just ask. There is no obligation.
