Gray Matter Solutions Pty Ltd (ABN 24 678 904 231) provides in-home technology support in Sydney. This policy explains how we handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

When you contact us or use our services, we may collect your name, contact details, and the information you choose to share about your situation, your technology, and your funding arrangements (such as NDIS plan details or Support at Home information needed for invoicing).

Our website does not use advertising trackers. The enquiry form sends us only what you type into it.

How we use it

  • To respond to your enquiry and provide our services
  • To prepare service agreements, visit notes, and compliant invoices
  • To communicate with people you authorise, such as a family member, plan manager, or support coordinator

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except as needed to deliver the service you have asked for, or where the law requires it.

How we store it

Client records are kept securely, access is limited to Phil Gray, and we keep records only as long as needed for service delivery and our legal obligations, including NDIS record-keeping requirements.

Your choices
